Introduction
BMT( Math Tournament at Berkeley ) is organized by by the Mathematics Student Society from Berkeley. For the past thirteen years, BMT has built a culture of academic excellence in mathematics and is committed to using the "Math Challenge" as a tool to promote academic growth, integrity, and teamwork among high school students, and encouraging them to excel in the core topics of the future of mathematics learning. BMT has attracted exceptional high school students from the world and encourages them to go beyond the limits of the classroom through a challenge program. BMT is open to all students who have a passion for academic mathematics and is committed to creating a delightful educational experience for all participants.

Team: 4-6 persons / per team
Type:
- Power Round: Team round. Proof questions and submitted within the time limit..
- Guts Round: 9 sets of questions, each consists of 3 questions. After the submission of each set, you can starr the next set; The scoreboard will be livestreamed to view the live scoring.
- General Round/Focus Round: Choose one to parricipate
a. General Round: Relatively easier, appropriate to beginner.b. Focus Round: Choose two from four subjects, including Calculus, Geometrr, Algebra, and Discrete. Relatively difffcult, appropriate to highlevel students.
Note: Students with the same score of individual round will take the Tiebreaker.

If, for some reason, the student is unable to attend after paying the fee, please contact us. If you apply before the registration deadline, 25% of the registration fee will be deducted as academic materials and service fees. If you apply after the registration deadline, no refund will be given.
