Introduction


The Math Majors of America Tournament for High Schools (MMATHS) and Girls in Math at Yale (GiM), organized by the Yale University Mathematical club, are high-level, globally influential high school math challenges.
The MMATHS is dedicated to providing high school students with the world's leading form of math education, fun team challenges, and mathematical ideas that are close to the realities of university research, as well as providing a platform for students who love math to interact with each other.
GiM is a girls-only challenge, while MMATHS is open to all high school students!

Rules

  • Grade 7-12
○ Format
  • Team formation, 4-6 students per team，mixed grades are acceptable
○ Deadline
  • Mar. 10, 2025
○ Individual round
  • 12 quesitons, 75 min
○ Team round
  • Teams of 4-6 students，will have 45 minutes to solve 10 problems
○ Tiebreaker round
  • Individuals tied for 8th or above in the Individual Round will solve 2 problems in 10 minutes to determine the top 8 individuals for the fianls.
○ The Lightning Finals
  • The top 8 individuals will go head-to-head against each other live on stage to determine the winner.

1、Refund policy

If, for some reason, the student is unable to attend after paying the fee, please contact us. If you apply before the registration deadline, 25% of the registration fee will be deducted as academic materials and service fees. If you apply after the registration deadline, no refund will be given.
